Job Overview

We are seeking a Teamcenter Business Analyst with strong experience in PLM implementations and engineering processes. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into Teamcenter solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for Teamcenter and PLM initiatives.
Work with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Support engineering processes including BOM, change management, and product structures.
Support ECR, ECO, and ECN processes.
Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and use cases.
Provide functional input for BMIDE data modeling and business rules.
Define functional requirements for SAP, MES, NX/CAD, and other integrations.
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization.
Support functional testing, UAT, and business sign-offs.
Maintain traceability from requirements to implemented solutions.
Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support data migration mapping, validation, and business rules.
Support reporting, dashboards, and KPI requirements.
Prepare user guides and training materials.
Support business adoption and transition to operations.
Provide input on scope, effort estimation, and solution planning.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Teamcenter or PLM implementations.
Good understanding of engineering processes, BOM, change management, and product structures.
Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FDDs, and process documentation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with ADO, JIRA, or similar tools.
Experience with Teamcenter functional requirements and business processes.
Understanding of BMIDE data modeling and business rules.
Experience with SAP, MES, or CAD/NX integrations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
