Responsibilities

  • Direct daily activities of the real estate team to ensure smooth operations and optimize efficiency
  • Promote effective communication between team members, clients, and external stakeholders to facilitate flawless transaction workflows
  • Coordinate scheduling for property tours, meetings, and important deadlines
  • Partner with the Director of Operations and Director of Sales to implement and maintain PLACE proven systems
  • Monitor market developments and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions
  • Lead recruiting efforts to attract and onboard qualified team members

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience overseeing a real estate team responsible for delivering 100+ units annually
  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate market trends and transaction processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficient in real estate CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated success in motivating, leading, and developing a high-performance team
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with real estate compliance requirements and regulatory standards
  • Commitment to consistently participating in team meetings and rhythms, whether in-office or virtually
