Team Member – Restaurant Crew

As a Bakery & Bubble Tea Team Member, youll help create a great experience for every customerfrom welcoming guests and taking orders to preparing bubble tea, baking our signature cookies, and keeping the store clean and organized. Our team works together in a fast-paced environment where everyone contributesfrom greeting customers and preparing drinks to baking, packaging orders, and keeping the store running smoothly.

Yummee Treats is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking team member to join our bakery! Were looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to learn different areas of our business.

As a Bakery & Bubble Tea Team Member, youll help create a great experience for every customerfrom welcoming guests and taking orders to preparing bubble tea, baking our signature cookies, and keeping the store clean and organized.

No bakery or bubble tea experience is required. Were happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about our products

• Take customer orders accurately using our POS/cash register

• Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly

• Prepare bubble teas and other specialty drinks according to Yummee Treats recipes and standards

• Bake cookies and other bakery items following established procedures

• Package and prepare cookies, drinks, and customer orders

• Restock ingredients, cups, packaging, and other supplies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Wash dishes and clean equipment as needed

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures

• Assist teammates during busy periods

• Complete opening and/or closing duties depending on scheduled shifts

• Help create a positive, efficient, and welcoming environment for both customers and coworkers

• Previous food service, bakery, caf, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
