Position Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet & assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Site Maintenance: Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the site and car wash.
- Basic Operations: Learn & assist with car wash operations & equipment usage.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members & follow directions from supervisors.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Learning and Growth: Take the opportunity to learn various aspects of car wash operation.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Promote express experience & memberships
- Become knowledgeable about Tommy’s Express app & be able to walk a customer through the sign-up process

Position Type & Expected Hours
- Full-time roles typically work 30-40 hours per week
- Part-time roles typically work under 30 hours per week
- This position will require weekend and holiday availability
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional retail car wash environment. Team members may work both indoors and outdoors and are exposed to noise, water, weather conditions, and car wash equipment during operating hours (7:00am-9:00pm Monday through Sunday).

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
- Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
- Able to move equipment weighing up to 30-50 pounds.
- Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
- Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
