We re looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our bakery! *Open weekend availability is mandatory for this position. We're a small growing business so every team member matters here. As a Team Member, you ll play an important role in both the front and back of the shop preparing made-to-order desserts while also providing a welcoming experience for every guest. *Part time team members generally work between 15 - 30 hours per week depending on availability and performance
Responsibilities
Prepare made-to-order desserts including cobbler, puddings, cinnamon rolls, and other bakery items
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
Operate the register and accurately handle customer transactions
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
Package desserts neatly and efficiently for dine-in or takeout
Keep the front counter and dining areas clean and presentable
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging when needed
Work efficiently during busy rush periods while maintaining quality
Support teammates and help create a positive work environment
