Position Overview

As a Team Member, you re the heartbeat of Toastique. You ll craft smoothies, bowls, and gourmet toasts, take orders with a smile, and keep the caf running smoothly. Every guest interaction is a chance to make someone s day better fast, friendly, and flavorful.

What You ll Do

• Take guest orders with enthusiasm using the POS system and confirm accuracy
  
• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and toasts to perfection maintaining speed, presentation, and consistency
  
• Keep guests moving efficiently through the line and pickup area
  
• Maintain a clean and organized caf : counters, tables, bathrooms, floors, and restock
  

stations

• Answer phones and assist with online or pickup orders
  
• Follow direction from Shift Leads and Managers to complete prep, BOH and FOH tasks
  
• Support with washing dishes, mopping, trash removal, and putting away deliveries
  
• Foster teamwork and positivity with every shift

Schedule & Details

Full-time or Part-time (20 40 hrs/week)

Pay: $13 $15 per hour + tips

Work Location: In person (West Village Dallas, TX)
