A new Chick-fil-A is coming to San Juan, Texas, and we are looking for motivated, people-focused to help build our team and culture from the very beginning.

We're seeking for our next Team Members! As a Team Member, you'll oversee a designated position of operation, ensuring success in food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates demonstrate potential and a eager interest in learning more about the restaurant and delivering outstanding customer service.

Chick-fil-A Shops at Chavez FSU is currently seeking to interview candidates with experience in both Front of House and Back of House Team Lead positions, offering competitive pay, insurance benefits, full-time positions, and opportunities for advancement to higher leadership roles and benefits based on experience.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. We are equally interested in individuals who have demonstrated the ability to follow procedures, positive attitude, sense of urgency, and positively influence others.

What You'll Do

As part of our Restaurant Team, you will help with daily restaurant operations while creating an environment where everyone can learn, grow, and succeed.

Responsibilities may include:

• Help create a positive, welcoming, and high-performing team culture
• Ensure exceptional hospitality and guest experiences
• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support operational goals
• Help identify opportunities to improve restaurant operations
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, service, and leadership
• Work alongside the team during busy periods and lead by example

Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience is a plus. This could include experience as a shift leader, supervisor, assistant manager, restaurant manager, department leader, or similar role.
