Key job responsibilities
- Complete Zaxby's University training for FOH and BOH
- Maintain training current as new training is released
- Complete understanding of Zaxby’s menu
- Ensure customers receive the correct meal items
- Taking quest orders, accepting payment for quest orders
- Prep responsibilities include food preparation and meal preparation
- Maintains a clean work area, dishes, floor mopping, and trash removal

- Reports directly to General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leads
- Provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests.
