Responsibilities:- Lead, supervise, and support residential cleaning team members during daily operations
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards and client expectations
- Coordinate team schedules, assignments, and route logistics
- Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work at residential properties
- Communicate with management regarding team performance, supply needs, and client feedback
- Foster a positive, productive, and professional team environment
Requirements:- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and keep teams on schedule
