    Position Summary

    This role serves as a supervisory clinical member within a multidisciplinary team, delivering quality, evidence based behavioral health treatment to adults in 24 hour operated facility, including family engagement. This role ensures the milieu operates as a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment where therapeutic culture is actively modeled and reinforced. Continuity of care through ethical and safe practices that meet regulatory standards occur, while mentoring staff in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and milieu management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or other behavioral health related field.
    • CADC preferred at hire; must be CADC-eligible and obtain certification within 2 years or Licensed in Illinois
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in public speaking preferred
    • Competence in using common computer applications such as word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements
    • Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance

    Responsibilities

    1. Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.

    2. Participate in on-call rotation, responding to the building as needed for clinical, safety, or staffing emergencies.

    3. Provide oversight and direction for residential services.

    4. Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of direct care staff.

    5. Supervise assigned staff, including orientation, training, regular supervisory meetings and/or feedback, scheduled evaluations, disciplinary interventions as required, and operate as a member of the multidisciplinary team to support integrated, whole person care.

    6. Maintain communications with all staff (e.g. admissions, and discharge plans).

    7. Review and sign all required clinical documentation in a timely manner.

    8. Engage clients and families in treatment services.

    9. Provide crisis intervention services as needed.

    10. Understand and comply with all the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

    11. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.

    12. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.

    13. Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and credentialing standards.

    14. Serve as a member of the team and participate in all team meetings, duties, and activities as assigned.

    15. Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for programs.

    16. Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of direct care staff.

    17. As assigned, performs CLIA-waved laboratory testing and related quality control activities in accordance with CLIA requirements, manufacturer instructions, infection control protocols, and organizational procedures.

    18. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned.

    Schedule: Sunday - Thursday: 11am-7:30pm

    Compensation & Rewards

    • Starting Base Pay: 
       
      Bachelor’s level: $57,616 per year
