Job Description:
This position will lead a team of Quality Inspectors. Lead Quality Management Services team, which includes tool calibration, CMM lab, and non-conforming processes
- Metatarsals are required from day one
- This position splits its time – 70% on the supporting the shop floor and 30% in the office
- Primarily 1st shift but will have to be flexible. Exact shift hours can be discussed by the selected candidate and the hiring manager
- Candidates must be willing to work the off-shift, OT and some weekends to be considered.
SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with quality processes and fundamentals.
- Flexibility with work and an ability to learn new things
- Candidates must be proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook
EDUCATION
- A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates without a 4-year degree will be considered if they have demonstrated supervisory experience
