What you'll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing Business Travel team, fostering engagement, accountability, and collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client needs are met consistently.
- Manage and reduce service failures while driving customer excellence initiatives.
- Ensure team delivery against client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor team performance and support achievement of productivity, profitability, and service targets.
- Conduct regular one-to-one coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Motivate and empower team members through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Drive business development initiatives that support account growth and increased profitability.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular account management and review meetings.
- Analyse financial and operational performance using available business tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead by example, demonstrating FCTG values, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Promote effective communication across clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' Business Travel experience.
- Previous team leadership, coaching, or people management experience.
- Fluent French and English language skills.
- Ability to work from the Geneva office 3 days per week.
- Available to work full-time (preferable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to drive productivity, profitability, and business growth.
- Strong coaching and team development capabilities.
- Effective planning, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Positive, open-minded attitude and willingness to adapt.
- Degree-level education preferred.
