This is a part time or full time position may lead to a managerial position for the qualified individual.
Qualifications
Prior retail sales experience and managing a store/boutique. (1 year preferred)Fluent in English. A plus if fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Key AccountabilitiesResponsible of lead sales, consultations, and
Beauty Advisor dutiesBe a positive leadership presence while communicating and coaching professionally with all associatesMaintain leadership presence through effective store management and resource allocationBe results driven in achieving our store key performance indicators through training and development of our associatesMay assist store manager in creating the schedule and taking the lead in floor movesBe operationally sound, opening/closing the store, inventory control, operational proceduresBe involved in training/searching of top talentFollow company, safety, and reporting regulations, including proper lifting proceduresDevelop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costsSupport the team in the Beauty Advisor training process, ensuring the highest level of client experienceAssist with physical maintenance of the store and back storage when neededKeyholder responsibilities for opening and closing the store.Maintain and adhere to Store Operations Guide. Shifts may include an hour before or after store hours.
Requirements
Excellent written and communication skills;Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment;Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem solve;Previous experience in retail or other service-related industry is preferred;Works with a high degree of integrity and strong ethic;Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;Experienced with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs;Ability to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes;Flexible schedule, ability to work both weekdays or weekends (Not required but a plus) Team player attitude.
Schedule:Any day between Monday to Sunday. Must be able to work at least one of the weekends.Due to the large amount of applications, we are unable to respond to every submission.
