Key Responsibilities:

▸ Support opening and closing procedures
▸ Supervise team members and provide real-time coaching and guidance
▸ Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
▸ Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards (certification course will be provided)

Minimum Qualifications:
▸ 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or food service preferred
▸ Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills
