TITLE: Team Lead Residential Manager
SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting Residential Managers in oversight of the operations at the various supported housing facilities. Assist the Director of Mental Health Housing with duties delegated to the team lead to allow the coordination of both their efforts to maximize housing outcomes and focus their attention where most needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor degree in related mental field preferred.
Licensure: Valid driver's license and F endorsement
Certification: N/A
Experience: Three years of experience working in and knowledge of group homes, residential treatment, or inpatient programs, preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
EQUIPMENT:
Computer, fax, copier, motor vehicle and any other equipment required to perform the functions of the position.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delegate potential shifts to PRN staff based on site need.
Oversight of the congregate living homes and/ or multiple locations, including
referrals.
Review and disseminate referrals to Residential Managers.
Assist Residential Managers with processing referrals, initiating background
checks, and confirming HUD packet and insurance authorizations are complete.
