Team Lead / Personal Assistant - Bay Area

We are looking for a reliable and flexible Team Lead to support clients, families, and caregivers throughout the Bay Area. Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and the Client Services Team.

Schedule: Sunday–Saturday / On-call availability
Location: Bay Area, CA
Pay: $500/week + separate pay for covered shifts + mileage reimbursement

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and flexible Team Lead to support clients, families, and caregivers throughout the Bay Area. The Team Lead will serve as the main bridge between our clients/families and the company.

Responsibilities

• Be available to assist with caregiver call-outs and shift coverage.
• Complete initial assessments for new clients.
• Conduct monthly evaluations with assigned clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, caregivers, and the Client Services Team.
• Address client/family concerns and communicate updates to management.
• Help ensure quality and continuity of services.
• Travel throughout the Bay Area as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel throughout the Bay Area.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently.
• Home care, caregiving, healthcare, or client-service experience preferred.

Compensation
$500/week for Team Lead duties. Any shifts covered will be paid separately from the Team Lead pay. Mileage for approved work-related travel will be reimbursed.
