Team Lead
The Team Lead will coordinate and balance machine operation teams to maximize shift productivity while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee machine operations to maximize productivity and meet production schedules. Assign team responsibilities, coordinate breaks, support training, and communicate with other departments to resolve issues
* Ensure product quality through required visual and dimensional inspections, material reviews, and compliance with quality standards
* Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance repairs, and submit work orders as needed. Ensure timely die changes, maintain accurate production records, and coordinate material availability
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by enforcing 5S and safety standards
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience working in an industrial environment; 1+ year of leadership experience
* Experience working in an aluminum extrusion environment
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm
* Understanding of measurements
