Team Lead – Restaurant Operations
The Team Lead supports daily restaurant operations and steps in to lead in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. This role focuses on building a people-first culture, delivering excellent guest experiences, and driving strong operational results.
What You’ll Do
- Train, coach, and develop team members; identify future leaders
- Lead daily operations and ensure food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Hold the team accountable to company policies, food safety, and labor laws
- Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and create positive experiences
- Support performance goals by monitoring results, managing costs, and driving sales
