Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and ability to complete forklift certification/training
• Previous supply chain, warehouse, or receiving experience preferred
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to read and write in English; bilingual is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
• Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing workloads, and work collaboratively across departments
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and heavier items occasionally while working in a warehouse environment

Job Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming products and shipments
• Perform random sampling of incoming products and coordinate quality inspections with QC
• Transport, label, and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate receiving records and report shipment discrepancies to the procurement team
• Supervise receiving, put-away, and picking operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Train, coach, and support Receiving department team members
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and ISO/TL9000 standards
• Monitor workflow, identify process improvements, and support operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform additional warehouse leadership duties as assigned
