As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services that deliver solutions addressing critical infrastructure resilience and security issues while supporting the military mission and reducing environmental impacts. The ERS Division is seeking a qualified and proactive Team Lead - Installation Facilities Asset Management to provide support to the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Facilities Program. In this role, the Team Lead will oversee analytical and planning activities related to enterprise asset management for force‑level real property portfolios. Core responsibilities include leading portfolio analysis, maintaining real property asset inventories, supporting installation master planning efforts, and validating facility requirements in alignment with government criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and validation of force-level real property portfolios in iNFADS, ensuring accuracy of asset inventories, facility condition data, and utilization assessments.
• Identify strategic trends and planning insights to support long-term sustainment, mission readiness, and command-level objectives.
• Develop and review installation master plan submissions, layout studies, base loading data, and demographic analyses for government review and approval.
• Review and validate installation Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs) to ensure alignment with Department of War (DoW) criteria and readiness for Master Planner evaluation.
• Collaborate with Public Works and installation stakeholders to support real property asset documentation, verification, and planning activities.
• Compile documentation and coordinate deliverables associated with real property planning and portfolio analysis requirements.
• Provide team leadership, task oversight, and quality assurance across enterprise asset management planning activities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in facilities management, asset management, or installation lifecycle operations/planning
• Experience with Marine Corps asset management or facilities data systems, including iNFADS or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex asset inventories, planning criteria, and facility requirements.
• Experience developing or reviewing installation master plans, layout studies, or facility planning documents.
• Ability to lead teams, manage task execution, and ensure quality and compliance of deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience supporting Navy or DoD installation master planning or real property portfolio analysis.
• Familiarity with DoW criteria and BFR development processes.
• Experience with strategic facility planning, sustainment analysis, or mission-readiness assessments.
• Proficiency in data reconciliation, portfolio trend analysis, and asset condition evaluations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional planning efforts and supporting government review cycles.
• Experience developing data visualizations with tools such as PowerBI.
