What You'll Do as a Team Lead:- Lead employees in daily aggregate and coal material handling operations
- Enforce company and customer safety policies and conduct safety briefings
- Monitor CDL drivers and ensure DOT compliance requirements are followed
- Coordinate truck deliveries, dispatch changes, and communicate operational updates
- Operate and oversee heavy equipment including bulldozers, graders, skid steers, and loaders
- Assist with train unloading, stockpile management, and site maintenance activities
- Report safety incidents and maintain site security during off-hours and low staffing periods
What You Need to Bring to the Team Lead Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of heavy equipment operation experience or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Strong math, reading, and writing skills for reporting and equipment documentation
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership abilities
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
