Urology Associates of Central Missouri is the most comprehensive private urology practice in central Missouri. We are looking for a Clinical Services, Team Lead to join our team! Our goal is to provide the highest level of care, utilizing the latest, clinically proven techniques to diagnosis and treat a wide variety of urological disorders in men and women. Looking for an experienced team leader with experience in leading a clinical team, an energetic individual that is able to multitask and provide excellent patient care. SCOPE:
Underdirectsupervision,assistsphysiciansandclinicianswithpatient care dutiesin a clinicalenvironment.Promotesefficientpatientflowandpatient care, i.e., exams, andprocedures.Performsclinicsupport tasks includingmiscellaneousclerical tasks. SupportsandadherestotheUSOncologyComplianceProgram,toincludetheCodeofEthicsandBusinessStandards.
Responsibilities:Operational Oversight
Manage and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare provider scheduling templates to optimize clinical flow.
Ensure adequate staffing to maintain daily schedules and utilization of clinical lanes.
Identify and coordinate maintenance of clinical equipment and purchasing of supplies.
Compliance & Standards
Assist the manager in developing standards and protocols to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Staff Development & Training
Evaluate technician skill levels through objective and subjective assessments; recommend additional training as needed.
Plan and develop comprehensive clinical education and development programs for staff.
Perform duties as a senior-level clinical technician when required.
Administrative Duties
Ensure accurate timekeeping for payroll.
Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical requirements.
