    We are seeking a Team Lead Admin – Revenue Cycle to oversee and support revenue cycle operations under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Supervisor. This role provides leadership, training, and quality oversight across multiple revenue cycle functions.

    The schedule for this role is Monday thru Friday 7 am -4 pm or 8am- 5 pm.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and support revenue cycle staff; provide training as needed
    • Respond to and resolve client and internal inquiries
    • Monitor workflows, compliance, accuracy, and timeliness across revenue cycle functions
    • Maintain and distribute required reports; assist with data tracking and performance goals
    • Audit processes and ensure adherence to Meridian policies
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Functional Oversight Areas

    • Billing: Monitor payer aging, denials, and adjustments; experience with UB and HCFA 1500 (including inpatient)
    • Prior Authorization: Ensure timely, compliant authorization processing
    • Payment Posting: Review payer adjustments, 835 knowledge required; ensure monthly balancing by the 3rd business day
    • Collections: Ensure timely, compliant follow-up on outstanding accounts
    • Self-Pay: Monitor patient accounts and statement processes

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Medical office experience preferred
    • Prior team leadership experience preferred
    • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance preferred
