Team Lead- Manufacturing
Shift: 2nd, (Hours May Vary)
Pay: $54k-$62K/ Yr. (Based on Experience)
Are you a hands on leader with a strong manufacturing background? We're looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee daily production operations, support team development, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Description:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of production associates to achieve daily production goals.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
- Monitor team performance, establish goals, and promote accountability.
- Coordinate workflow, inventory, and material availability to maintain efficient production.
- Partner with leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of production operations.
- Proven leadership experience supervising and developing employees.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and managing employee performance.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Inventory management and production planning experience preferred.
