    Key Responsibilities:

    • We are seeking an experienced Team Center Unified Support Engineer with following key responsibilities:
    • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Siemens Teamcenter Unified in a production environment, ensuring system availability and adherence to SLAs.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Teamcenter workflows, item types, access controls, data model configurations, and integrations.
    • Support end users across engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM) processes, including change management, document management, and BOM management.
    • Manage and fulfill service requests for user administration, access provisioning, and configuration changes.
    • Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement preventive measures to reduce incident volume.
    • Maintain support documentation including runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.
    • Participate in change management activities, supporting testing and validation of patches, upgrades, and enhancements in the Teamcenter environment
    • Work with offshore, nearshore, client teams
