Description

Administrative Assistant

Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure seamless operations. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation as needed. Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Maintain and organize team files, documents, and records for easy access and retrieval. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support team objectives. Track and manage team expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Provide general administrative support as required by the team.

The successful applicant must have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant (3-5+ years of experience). Prior experience working in Banking or Financial services is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be highly organized and able to work proactively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues. Microsoft Office experience is required. Ability to work on-site. This is a Contract to Hire role, applicants should be immediately available.
