A basic knowledge of order entry processes is a plus.You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:Respond and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner while providing excellent customer service.Utilize email and SieSales to directly communicate to customers, suppliers and affiliates.Manage shipping discrepancies issues, from inception to completion.Manage and resolve CAIDs associated with the assigned accounts in a timely manner.Process non-complex change orders.Follow up and engage stakeholders as required until the expected release date for open orders are addressed accordingly.You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.3 plus years of practical Customer Support experience supporting industrial, construction, mechanical, or electrical industries.Prior knowledge of processing freight claims, returns, call tags, credits and debits.Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying patterns and trends.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, SAP, COMPAS and SalesForceMust be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
