Teaching Associate 4
Reports To: ICS Program Manager
Employment Status: Full-Time (12-month) with benefits
Work Location: College/University Campus and Community Employment Sites
Position Overview:
The Teaching Associate 4 teaches program courses and provides individualized and group support to students with intellectual disabilities enrolled in the ICS program on campus. The position provides direct instruction on programmatic topics (e.g., independent living, socialization, functional academics, workforce readiness). The position also supports students in gaining meaningful employment experiences and fostering independence across academic, social, and community settings. The Teaching Associate is essential in helping students successfully obtain and maintain internships and paid employment during and after their college program.
