The role is a split role between GTA & GTA SEN (Keyworker). As a GTA in KS2, you will work alongside our class teachers to build a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels confident to learn, and progress. As a keyworker you will be supporting a child to meet their own personalised targets.

 

Hours would include Midday duties (MSA) which provide continuity for the children cared for by familiar adults.

  •        An individual with excellent communication skills who can promote high-quality interactions with children.
  •        A flexible team player who is willing to support all children, whether that be with an individual or guide small groups.
  •        Desirable- A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare/teaching assistant qualification.
