About the Role:Young Kidz Academy Inc is looking for passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers and Teacher Assistants for our Preschool and Elementary programs in Hollywood, FL! Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool and elementary-aged children
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians
- Implement early childhood education best practices and developmentally appropriate activities
- Maintain classroom management and establish consistent routines and behavioral expectations
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and administration to support student success
- Assist with daily activities including meals, transitions, and supervised play
Requirements:- Experience working with preschool and/or elementary-aged children in a classroom or childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or relevant degree preferred
- Must meet Florida DCF childcare staffing requirements and background screening
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for working with children
