    Teacher Aide

    Support Early Childhood Learning & Development

    $17.29/Hour

    THE ROLE
    Win is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Teacher Aide to support the daily operations of our Childcare program. Reporting to the Head Teacher, the Teacher Aide helps create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. 
     
    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    • Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children 
    • Follow Win's philosophy, mission, and goals for the Childcare program 
    • Participate in required Childcare trainings, both onsite and offsite 
    • Support a safe, healthy, culturally responsive, and engaging classroom environment 
    • Adhere to all Department of Health and Mental Hygiene policies and procedures 
    • Supervise the classroom in the absence of the Head Teacher 
    • Assist children with meals, toileting, diapering, and hand-washing practices 
    • Perform classroom housekeeping and sanitation duties 
    • Prepare learning spaces and materials for STEM and STEAM activities 
    • Escort children on field trips 
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Teacher
