Job Overview: The Standards Instruction & Professional Learning (SIPL) team is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based, and sustained professional learning that empowers educators and strengthens student outcomes across the state of Montana. The Teacher Learning Hub Coordinator provides statewide leadership for the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Montana Teacher Learning Hub. This position serves as the agency''s lead coordinator for digital professional learning by partnering with Office of Public Instruction programs, external organizations, institutions of higher education, school districts, and educational partners to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate high-quality professional learning that aligns with ARM 10.55.714, Learning Forward Standards, and statewide instructional priorities. The position provides leadership in instructional design, learning technologies, accessibility, quality assurance, customer support, professional learning systems, and data-informed decision making to ensure Montana educators have equitable access to engaging, evidence-based professional learning opportunities.
