Responsibilities include proactively creating a caring environment, planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, providing emotional and physical care, facilitating indoor and outdoor activities, and communicating children's development to parents.
Additional duties involve assisting with personal hygiene, diapering, potty training, serving meals, and collaborating with parents and staff. Attendance at training and adherence to licensing requirements are essential.
