The Juvenile Probation Department oversees all programs of Excel Academy Charter School, the Excel Academy Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program, and The Opportunity Center.All youth placed by the courts in Harris County juvenile detention and residential facilities receive educational services through the comprehensive academic program of Excel Academy Charter School.
