At Otter Learning, we provide community-focused early childhood education in a safe, nurturing daycare environment. We're looking for passionate Teachers who have a heart for children and a background in education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities promoting intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth.

• Prepare children for kindergarten using our play-based curriculum.

• Support daily care routines such as meals, potty training, changing, and nap time.

• Maintain open communication with parents and team members via our Classroom Management system.

• Oversee classroom operations and guide junior staff.

• Assist leadership in classroom and facility management as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.

• Prior experience preferred but not required.
