Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and observations
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance documentation
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid Arizona teaching certificate or license (or ability to obtain)
- Prior classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain student engagement
- Passion for student success and a commitment to continuous professional growth
- Ability to pass a background check as required
