Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and educational activities for students
- Support lead teacher in classroom instruction and daily learning objectives
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and encouragement
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development
- Assist with classroom management and behavioral guidance
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Requirements:- Experience in an educational, childcare, or classroom setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with students
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Relevant degree or coursework in Education, Child Development, or related field a plus
- Must pass required background checks and meet state compliance standards
