REQUIRED CRITERIA:
High School Graduate
Experience working with children
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in mathematics, and ability to communicate fluently in English, verbally and in writing.
Ability to demonstrate basic tech skills on computers, tablets, and laptops.
Ability to work well with other assigned staff to establish a positive learning environment for students.
Ability to work successfully with students with various disabilities.
Ability to physically perform job duties including standing, walking, running, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
Ability to lift or move 40 pounds.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of student's information.
Willingness to fulfill the specific performance responsibilities of the position as they relate to individual student's needs.
Evidence of good moral character as determined by reference checks, fingerprinting review and observation.
Ability to work successfully with children with disabilities.
Willing to be trained in CPR and Crisis Prevention
PREFERRED CRITERIA:
Ability to provide academic and physical support to students with disabilities as directed by the classroom teacher.
Computer proficiency
Experience with school-age students.
SALARY: $19.83 / Hr.
