Job Requirements
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred experience or training in early childhood education.
Certifications Requirements: Bilingual certification, as well as any state-mandated background checks or child safety certifications.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working with children, with at least 2 years preferred.
Other Requirements: Energetic personality, strong communication skills, ability to work 40 hours weekly, bilingual in Spanish, previous experience in a classroom setting, background check clearance, reliable transportation, and the ability to engage positively with young children and staff.
