    The Erin School District is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-focused Teacher Aide to join our team. This position provides instructional and student support across multiple grade levels and classrooms while working collaboratively with teachers to create positive learning experiences for all students.

    The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, builds strong relationships with students, and is committed to helping every learner succeed. This role is perfect for someone patient, flexible, collaborative, and excited to make a difference in students'' lives each day.

    Depending on district needs, the Teacher Aide may support students in classrooms, provide supervision during lunch and recess, and assist with the district''s after-school care program. While the position follows a consistent daily schedule, flexibility and a willingness to support students where needed are essential to the success of our school community.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support students individually, in small groups, and within classroom settings across grade levels.
    • Assist teachers with instruction, classroom activities, student engagement, and learning routines.
    • Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students as needed.
    • Build positive relationships with students while encouraging independence and confidence.
    • Support classroom organization, transitions, lunch, recess, and school-wide activities.
    • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and staff to provide the best possible support for students.
    • Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
    • Assist with after-school care programming based on district needs and staffing.
