Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a positive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages student learning and engagement.

• Design and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Utilize clear, effective communication to convey learning objectives to students, employing both small and large group instruction tailored to their needs.

• Incorporate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience.

• Regularly assess student progress, maintaining precise records, and providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and school administration.

• Engage in continuous communication with guardians, fostering a collaborative approach to student development.

• Participate actively in school community events, professional development, and team meetings to support school initiatives and improve instructional practices.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.

• Valid AZ Teaching Certificate and AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• SEI Endorsement and appropriate certification.

• Proven experience in teaching at the elementary level, with a strong understanding of best practices in education.

Salary: $46,700 to $80,904, based on education and experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.
