Position Summary:
Position Summary
The TCT RN Coordinator serves as a vital link between patients, families, and the multidisciplinary clinical team. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the patient's therapy preparation, including pre-transplant testing, insurance authorization requirements, donor and autologous stem cell collections, and inpatient admissions for transplant or cellular therapy. The RN Coordinator ensures that each patient's care pathway progresses efficiently, safely, and in compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
This role requires strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple therapy timelines simultaneously while collaborating with the broader TCT team to optimize clinical outcomes.
