$70,000-$80,000 + bonus + OT Eligible

Target Compensation:

Key Responsibilities for the Tax Team Operations Manager:

• Monitor team workload, deadlines, and file status using workflow management systems
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact client service or deadlines
• Lead regular check-ins with CPAs to keep projects moving and remove obstacles
• Manage client service escalations and oversee issue resolution from start to finish
• Provide partners with ongoing updates on workflow, performance metrics, and team capacity

Qualifications for the Tax Team Operations Manager:

• 3+ years of team leadership experience within accounting, tax, or professional services
• Experience managing workflows, priorities, and operational processes
• Familiarity with practice management software; Canopy experience is a plus
• Proven ability to drive accountability and manage multiple priorities effectively
