    What You'll Do

    As a Tax Supervisor, you'll manage and review complex tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and top-quality client service. You'll be both hands-on in tax work and an emerging leader for junior staff.

    - Review and prepare complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.

    - Supervise and mentor tax staff, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.

    - Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

    - Collaborate with managers and partners on tax planning and strategic client support.

    - Stay informed on evolving tax laws to provide proactive client advice.

    - Assist in process improvements, workflow management, and staff training initiatives.

    - Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service.

    What You Bring

    - 4+ years of progressive public accounting experience focused on tax compliance and planning.

    - Strong understanding of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

    - Prior experience reviewing returns and overseeing staff work.

    - Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Taxation a plus).

    - Active CPA license or in the final stages of completion.

    - Ability to balance detailed technical work with emerging leadership responsibilities.
