Tax Supervisor
Alliance OR Canton, OH
Responsibilities:
- Review complex tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, trust)
- Lead client engagements and manage deadlines
- Provide tax planning and advisory support
- Supervise, train, and review work of seniors and staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
- Build strong client relationships and handle inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Tax a plus)
- CPA required
- 4+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Leadership and project management skills
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office
