    Location: Upland, CA (100% Onsite)
    Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
    Commission Opportunity Available
    On-Target Earnings: $160,000 - $180,000
    Schedule: Monday - Friday
    Employment Type: Direct Hire

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate / Senior Tax Accountant to join their growing team in Upland, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering tax solutions, and providing strategic tax planning guidance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Tax Preparation & Review

    • Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
    • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the tax process.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Address tax-related questions, concerns, and planning opportunities.

    Tax Planning & Advisory

    • Develop proactive tax strategies to help clients minimize tax liabilities.
    • Provide guidance on complex tax issues while ensuring compliance.
    • Keep clients informed of relevant tax law changes and their impact.

    Qualifications

    ️ 7-10+ years of Public Tax experience REQUIRED
    ️ Strong experience working with clients across various industries and backgrounds
    ️ Heavy client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
    ️ Experience preparing and reviewing multiple types of tax returns
    ️ Strong tax planning and consulting abilities
    EA or CPA preferred, but not required
