Tax Senior | Tempe, AZ (Hybrid or Remote)

A fast-growing CPA firm serving the Tempe, AZ area is hiring a Tax Senior who wants flexibility and a faster track to leadership. Enjoy Valley of the Sun living, choose hybrid or remote, and grow with a firm that promotes from within.

What you'll do:

- Prepare and review returns for businesses, partnerships, trusts and individuals

- Find planning opportunities and walk clients through them

- Help run engagements and coach staff

- Research technical questions and turn them into clear advice

What you bring:

- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience

- CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)

- Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field

- Strong communication and client service skills
