Tax Senior | Plano, TX (Hybrid or On-site)

A respected CPA firm in the Plano, TX area is hiring a Tax Senior who wants close partner access and real client ownership without the big-firm grind. You'll work with privately held businesses, partnerships and families across North Texas, with flexible hours outside busy season and a written path to Tax Manager.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, S corporation and trust returns, federal and multi-state
• Work directly with clients on planning, projections and tax questions
• Check staff work and help train newer team members
• Research technical issues and partner with managers on special projects

What you bring:

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)
• Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field
• Strong communication and client service skills

Salary: $85,000-$118,000 depending on experience. This is a Hybrid or On-site role.
