Overview

A leading national middle-market audit, tax and consulting firm is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for its family office practice. Washington DC Metro is among the listed locations (Baltimore also considered). The role advises multi-generational families on a full spectrum of tax services.

Responsibilities

• Advise family office and multi-generational families on structuring, planning and compliance
• Lead the engagement team focused on entity, individual, fiduciary and related taxation
• Anticipate client needs and collaborate with specialty tax and other service lines
• Participate in prospective client proposals and build new relationships
• Build collaborative teams and develop team members
• Develop relationships with clients and centers of influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a business-related field
• Active CPA, EA or attorney license
• Significant public accounting tax experience serving family office or high-net-worth clients
• Ability to lead engagements and develop people
• Advanced degree preferred
