Description

CPA firm  is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join our growing Business Management practice. 

 

Our Business Management team provides accounting, financial management, tax coordination, and advisory services, with a strong focus on clients in the Entertainment, Sports, and Media (ESM) industry. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead complex tax planning and compliance engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and LLCs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance on tax, accounting, and financial matters.
  • Oversee engagement quality, project management, staffing, and client deliverables.
  • Review financial statements, tax returns, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  •  
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA license preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive tax and accounting experience, preferably within a Business Management, public accounting, or entertainment-focused environment.
  • Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and entertainment industry clients preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance, planning, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
  • Proficiency with AgilLink/Datafaction, QuickBooks Online, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, client service, communication, and relationship management skills.
